Farewell Elder Harward!

One of my good friends, Andrew Harward, is leaving on Wednesday to serve a mission in New Mexico!! I’ve known him since elementary school and I’m just so excited and proud of him for his decision! All of my friends are such great examples to me of sacrifice and service. I love every single on of them and feel so lucky to know each of them!

Last Saturday we had a surprise party for Andrew to celebrate him leaving for his mission. Everyone met at Olive Garden to surprise him, while Spencer distracted him and brought him at the right time.

We match! Totally not planned… ;)

We spent the rest of the night hanging out at my house playing games and watching Forrest Gump. It was a great night :)

The next day was Andrews Farewell. He had such an amazing talk. I loved it. He’s such a great example.

Janell’s Missionary Pictures

My bestest friend in the whole world is planning on serving a mission! She is putting in her papers in the next couple weeks, which is SUPER exciting but at the same time it going to be tough having my boyfriend and best friend gone at the same time. For now, I’m enjoying my time with her!

I borrowed a friends camera and took the pictures for her, I’m no professional but after taking the pictures I’m really considering buying a nice camera and learning how to use it! I think it’d be a really fun hobby! I sadly don’t know how to edit pictures yet so these don’t look the best that they could but I still love them.

Janell is my sister from another mister. haha. She understands me more than anyone else does. I can go to her for anything and everything. She’s the best listener and the best friend that a girl could ask for. I don’t know how I got so lucky to have this girl in my life, but I’m glad that I did :) I love you sooooo much Janell! I know you will be an amazing missionary!

Thanksgiving/Christmas Package to Mike

Thanksgiving was great this year. My whole family went to my Grandmas for delicious turkey, mashed potatoes (my fav!), rolls, stuffing, gravy, yams, green beans, fruit salad and of course a variety of pies for dessert! I love my family. We always have such a great time together talking and just enjoying each others company.

~Package!

I got a package all put together so it could get sent off on Monday. This package is for Christmas/New Years. I gave him things to celebrate the holiday and a couple new things to start off the new year. I just hope that he gets it before Christmas… :/

Lots of goodies! (no food this time though)

2 shirts that match mine, 2 ties (hopefully he doesn’t ruin this purple one), PJ bottoms that match my siblings, grey thermal shirt, a scarf, a couple games (not sure if he can play them, if not he can give them to someone), “p.s. I love you picture frame, a little Christmas tree with a couple ornaments, a stocking with a new tooth brush for him and his companion, deodorant, a new loofa, and a pedometer so he can track how many steps he takes in a day. Hope he enjoys!

I was kinda mean with putting this package together because I put confetti EVERYWHERE in it. I even put some in the pockets of his PJ bottoms. Haha. I’m sure he’ll get me back somehow for making such a mess. :)
